“Detectable plaster reduces customer complaints to zero”

The Deltavorm team was very pleased to hear a Belgian customer report that the change from standard plaster to detectable plaster has been evaluated after one year of production. Customer complaints with regard to little pieces of plaster being found in end product have gone down from 10 to 12 complaints per year to zero complaints. “Every complaint is one too many, and we are very glad that the change to detectable plaster was such an effective measure in tackling this problem” our customer reports.
